Architecture is a term that lots of people try to define, with little agreement.  There are two common elements: One is the highest level breakdown of a system into its parts; the other, decisions that are hard to change.

Thats all well and good but what does it really mean?


It sounds like too many organisation adopt big cumbersome processes at the expense of innovation. Innovation does not have to be compromised. The best Architecture is a simplified Architecture so let's work together and create something inspirational.

It's really about good communication. Empathy and the ability to listen are prevalent in all we do. You may already have a road map  - No Problem - we'll read it but be warned we may just convince you to tear it up ;-)
